সুখপাখি

              শ্যামল সরকার

 

আকাশচরা সুখের ঝাঁক

কখনও সখনও আমার কাছে আসে

বারান্দায় দাঁড়ায়

কতবার ডাকি আদর করে ----- ভেতরে আয় ভাই একটু বসে যা ---

 

মিথ্যে আমার ডাকাডাকি

আচম্বিতে উড়ে যায়  সুখপাখি

কি জানি কোথায় ----

A stranger

         Lila was reading a storybook written in her motherlanguage sitting in their drawing-room. She suddenly saw a stranger at their door. The stranger was wearing dirty cloths and her face was full of sorrow. Lila asked the old lady what her need was. The woman did not reply but offered an old bag to Lila. The little Lila being afraid entered into the home running. Returning back soon with the senior members of the family, she became surprised seeing that there was none at the outside of their home, but only that old bag was kept at the place where stranger was. They did not find her nearby and as it was not possible to leave the place by anyone within so little time, they became afraid of that incident very much .      The old bag was then opened while only a piece of paper was discovered from it .
